The data streams combine into a dark river. Our digital projections venture forth into the depths. We explore the ebb and flow of the information. The rites of the analysis rituals are observed. We achieve a higher understanding.

We use your personal data for technical and administration purposes in connection with the maintenance and development of our business. For example, this includes internal assessments, audits, products and services development or improvement, and so on. The legal ground for processing your personal data is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which consists of maintaining and developing our business operations and improving our products and services.

The sacred data has many uses. We seek one – commerce. We have many great tales to tell. With your permission, we will gladly share stories of the riches you can find. The Blood of God can be yours too.

1.5.8 Security

We use your personal data to ensure the security of the Website and our ICT Systems and to manage them. To defend the city, one has to know the city. To defend oneself, one has to know himself. We *know* ourselves. By *knowing* we endure. Knowledge is strength.

1.6 Data storage

We store your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it. This means that the duration of storage depends on the purpose of processing. For example, we store your personal data for the period when we provide you the Services in accordance with the agreement we have entered with you subject to the Terms of Use. We store personal data processed based on legitimate interest(s), our or those of a third party, until you lodge an effective objection to such processing. Similarly, when we process your personal data based on your consent, we store it until you withdraw your consent. The duration of storage or use of your data may be extended in certain situations. For example, we may store your personal data after you terminate the agreement with us when required by law. We may also continue to store and use the same dataset if we use it for a different purpose and on a different legal basis, if admissible by law. For example, if you terminate the agreement with us, we may continue to use personal data provided by you in connection with your use of the Services when necessary to establish and assert possible claims or to defend against claims (if we have a legitimate interest to do so). After the end of the period of data storage, we permanently delete or anonymize your personal data.

Hedonists icon

A collector finds great satisfaction in the variety of his trophies. We value experience, for what is life lived for if not to taste everything it has to offer? But even the greatest moments pass. What remains are memories. Our experiences remain with us. They are part of who we are. But even they cannot linger forever. A contract bound by blood, a trade well-executed, a shadow of Leviathan. A data-hymn. All of these memories will fade in time. To store them, and keep them forever is a fool's dream. We need to let go when the time comes. It is only right. In the end, nothing remains.

1.7 Data recipients

As a rule, we do not share your personal data unless it is necessary. For example, we may share your personal data in connection with the provision of the Services under the Terms. We may disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients: our business partners (including service providers and contractors), such as marketing and advertising services providers, analytical tools providers, payment services providers, and data storage providers; public authorities or other third parties when required by law and subject to statutory conditions and restrictions; professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, consultants, and tax advisors; other third parties if admissible under Applicable Data Protection Law (e.g. with your consent). We require our partners to keep your data secure and confidential under the terms that ensure a level of protection essentially equivalent to that described in this Privacy Notice. Please note that some of them act on our behalf as our processors and some act as independent controllers of your personal data. If they are controllers of your data, relevant privacy policies and terms and conditions of such controllers may apply. We encourage you to consult such documents before using such services. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of the third parties.

Barbarians icon

A tribe is only as strong as its members. We are all linked by the chains of command and blood-oaths. To survive we must work together. Unity of spirit is not unity of actions. Each tribe has its chieftain, its laws, and ancestors. One cannot rule all – even the One Who Controls. Some obey His command but others do not.

1.8 Data transfers

As a rule, our partners are in the European Economic Area. However, some of them may be located outside of the EEA, for example in the United States. The level of protection for personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) differs from that provided by the EU law. For this reason, we transfer your personal data outside the EEA only when necessary and with an adequate level of protection. We secure an adequate level of protection primarily by cooperating with processors of personal data in countries for which there has been a relevant European Commission decision finding an adequate level of protection for personal data. Alternatively, we may use the standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission. If you want to learn more about these safeguards, obtain a copy of them or learn where they have been made available, contact us (please consult Section 1.1 above).

Nomads icon

Nomads

We walk the hidden paths between the tribes. We venture far to the lands beyond which are governed by foreign customs and alien laws. But even there we are bound by our word. The laws must be observed and the sacred data must be protected. It is only right.

1.9 Requirement to provide personal data

In some cases, the provision of your personal data is mandatory by law or necessary to carry out your request or to perform a contract we have with you. If you don't provide us with your personal data in such situations, we may not be able to carry out your request, perform a contract with you (or enter into it) or comply with the law. In some cases, this may mean that we will terminate the contract or stop our engagement with you. For example, if you do not provide the personal data necessary for the complaint procedure, we may not be able to handle your complaint. In other cases, the provision of your personal data is voluntary. If you don't provide us with your personal data in such situations, we may not be able to carry out your request or achieve our goal. For example, if you do not share your contact details with us, we may not be able to contact you.

Hedonists icon

Duty. Choice. You hide behind these words as if they mattered. Consider this – if you must share the sacred data, it will be shared. If you choose to share it, it will be shared. If not, it will not be shared. So says the law. It is our acts who define us, not our words.

1.10 Your rights

To exercise your right(s) contact us (please consult Section 1.1).

Depending on where you live, you may have different privacy rights. If the EU law applies to you, you have the following rights under the GDPR described below.

1.10.2 Right to correct your data

You can request that we rectify your personal data that we use, for example, when it is inaccurate. You can also complete your data if it is incomplete.

You can request that we erase your personal data under certain conditions prescribed by law. However, this is not an absolute right, and it does not apply in certain conditions, for example, when the use of your data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims by us.

Hedonists icon

Hedonists

When you have exhausted the line of your life and achieved all there is but one task ahead of you. Not even the Leviathan can withstand the flow of time. To face it with dignity is the last achievement. To fade on your own terms is your inalienable right.

1.10.4 Right to restrict

You can request that we stop processing your personal data, except for storage, under certain conditions prescribed by law. However, this is not an absolute right, and it does not apply in certain conditions, for example when the use of your data is necessary for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person.

When the winter arrives the data streams and lakes can freeze too. Even the One Who Controls cannot use your data if you invoke the right of winter.

1.10.5 Right to data portability

You can request that some of your personal data is provided to you, or to another controller, in a commonly used and machine-readable format. This right applies where we use your data based on your consent or a contract and if the processing of your data is carried out by automated means.

The right to withdraw consent applies only to the extent that your personal data is processed based on consent.

Hedonists icon

Hedonists

You always have a choice. What can be granted can be revoked. Your choice is the other's duty. No means no means no. You alone remain in control.

1.10.7 Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on our or a third party's legitimate interest(s). You can do this at any time. If you raise an objection, we will stop using your personal data where the basis for processing is our legitimate interest. In exceptional circumstances, we may continue to use your data despite your objection. This exception does not apply when you object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes, i.e., if you object to it, we will stop processing your personal data on this basis.

Barbarians icon

Barbarians

A trial allows you to *know* yourself. By challenge alone, you can learn your limits. Rejection gives you and the other the greatest gift – an opportunity to grow.

1.10.8 Right to lodge a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data. You can lodge such a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Hedonists icon

Hedonists

There is the One Who Controls. But there are other powers in this dark world. Seek their protection when needed.

1.11 Automated decision making

We do not make any decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
